The moment it started
The story doesn’t begin in a boardroom—it begins at 5:40 a.m. in a London coffee shop, the morning after a red-eye. A laptop, four cables, three notebooks, and a bag that wouldn’t close. The realization was obvious: the way we carry our work creates our workday. Royston was sketched that morning on a receipt—clean lines, calm exterior, everything in its place.

The first Royston prototype was built with one rule: fewer choices, faster action. Why British Racing Green
We picked British Racing Green because it carries momentum without shouting. It reads premium under studio lights and feels steady at 2 a.m. in an airport lounge. Paired with subtle gold hardware, it became our quiet signature: composed, capable, moving forward.
The 72-hour test: London → Dubai → New York
To prove the idea, we ran a simple experiment—one founder, one prototype, three cities in 72 hours. Investor meetings, product shoots, late-night edits. The feedback was instant: the bag felt like a tool, not a container. Fewer rummaging pauses. Fewer “where’s my adapter?” moments. More focus.
That trip shaped the details you see now: reinforced seams, quick-access sleeve, weight-balanced handles, and interiors that stay bright enough to see everything at a glance.
